Setup

Initial House

• You can't use any CHEATS!

• You can buy any house if you can afford it

• You can download a house from the gallery as long you can afford it with the initial funds

• No electricity (Lighting is a problem here, use candles or lanterns)

• No showers only bathtub

• If you have 'Laundry Day', you must have the clothesline and the wash tub

• Outside toilets

• Wooden walls and floor. Wooden furniture only

• Old fashioned stove and fridge and no other electronics in the house

• House must only be decorated with impressionist or classic painting

• Your house should have the 'Off the Grid' trait but it's not mandatory
