War: We are still facing a war because the Vietnan War started in 1955 and ended only in 1975
- Your two oldest kids must go to war: First male child gets conscripted, first female child becomes a volunteer nurse

- If they survive, they can return home and they must work as autonomous until they become an adult

  - If you have Strangerville, if your Sim survive after eating the cake, they must join the military career and stay there until they become an adult
The men can "Try for a baby" before going to war
Kids who are not sent to war must have an autonomous job
They can have a career when they become an adult
After the war, your Sim should have one of the traits bellow:
- Gloomy
- Hot-Headed
- Clumsy
- Insane
- Lazy
- Evil
- Noncommital
- Paranoid (If you have Strangerville)
Because of the environmentalism that was going in this decade, sims who are born now will have one of the following trait:
- Active
- Love the Outdoor
- Vegetarian
You don't need to get married to keep the generation going, so you can have a bastard being the heir
Sims can have relationships with sims of the same gender, but they can't get married
Your Sim can go the Festivals
Lottery is allowed
