• The kids who are not heir must leave your house when they become teenagers if they are men, but if they are women, they can only leave when they marry someone

• You can't have sex or make out before your marriage

Career and Education

• In 1990, your heir will finally graduate and can have the following career based on how well they did on high school:

  • Entertainment (Musician) - if your heir graduated with more than B

  • Doctor - only if your heir was a grade A student

  • Criminal - if you didn't send your heir to high school or if he graduated with F or bellow

  • Gardening - if your heir graduated with C 

  • Politician -  if your heir graduated with more than B

  • Scientist - only if your heir was a grade A student

  • Writer - if your heir graduated with more than B

  • Business (Management Branch) - if your heir graduated with more than B

  • Culinary (Chef Branch) - if your heir graduated with more than B

  • Painter - if your heir graduated with C 

• Women who are widow or divorced (remember that you can only get a divorce if your husband cheated on you) can only gain money by painting, gardening and woodworking and she can only marry a poor men

• Women can't work, but they can paint, make flower arrangements and gardening

• The Sims can go on vacation, but only once

• Important: you need to have a cow-plant now
